Saturdays, 7am-8am, May 18 to June 8, 2024 with Ryan Oliver Students new to Ashtanga will learn the basic of Ashtanga yoga over 4-weeks. Join us in this vibrant, energetic practice.

A profound invitation to reflect on our mortality - Saturday, May 18, 2024, 1pm to 2:30pm.

Join Bethany Narajka, death doula and yoga instructor, for a workshop that explores the subject of death in historical and modern postural yoga through interactive lecture, gentle asana practice, savasana, and small group discussion.

Community Brunch

Bring a dish to share. Bring family and friends.   Please label your ingredients, your dishes and bring serving utensils.  Shala will serve coffee, tea and water and provide plates and forks.

This series is an invitation to go deeper inside and create a connection with your inner world.  Learn tools that can be used in daily life - when you have had a rough day, or moments of high stress, or moments of distress.
