Healing Inward, Yin Yoga Workshops

Tuesday, 6:30pm-8:15pm, January 20, 2026. Join Sara Feley for an exploration of the benefits of yin yoga, a meditative style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive stretches during which the practitioner is encouraged to move slowly, to settle into physical stillness, and to turn attention inward.  Of particular interest to yin yoga practitioners is the exploration and potential release of the connective tissues of the body. Headstands & Shoulderstands

Saturdays, 7am-8am - January 24, 2026, January 31, 2026 and February 7, 2026. Dedicate three Saturday mornings with Becky Mingo to mastering headstands and shoulderstands. These workshops are suitable for students with some yoga experience. Prior knowledge of inversions, such as headstands, shoulder stands, and handstands, is not necessary. SIGN UP

February Sumptuous Sunday

February, 8, 2026, 1pm-3pm. Areas to be explored in February: Abdomen, Ribs, and Hips.  Explore the Relaxing Benefit of Self-Massage using Yoga Tune Up Balls with Leslie Wright. A once-a-month opportunity to withdraw from the outward pulling, often multi-tasking, demands of life in order to enter into a peaceful space and be encouraged to do only ONE thing - to turn and focus inward - to give yourself the gift of your own attention. NEW CLASS, Sundays, 10:30am-11:15am Come unwind from the week with a gentle practice. Journey through the body by pairing breath and movement at your own pace, followed by longer restorative postures supported by props.
