Rest and Restore - All Levels Yoga

NEW CLASS, Sundays, 10:30am-11:15am Come unwind from the week with a gentle practice. Journey through the body by pairing breath and movement at your own pace, followed by longer restorative postures supported by props. Expect to enjoy an extended rest at the end of class as a chance to experience stillness. SIGN UP HERE

Gentle Yoga

NEW CLASS, Tuesdays, 3:30pm-4:30 pm, arrive at 3pm for quiet “you” time. Gentle Yoga with Leslie Wright offers a quiet hour to replenish your energy with simple movements and self-massage using Yoga Therapy Tune Up Balls. CLASS SCHEDULE

Healing Inward, Yin Yoga Workshops

Tuesdays, 6:30pm-8:15pm, November 11, 2025, December 9, 2025, and January 20, 2026. Join Sara Feley for an exploration of the benefits of yin yoga, a meditative style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive stretches during which the practitioner is encouraged to move slowly, to settle into physical stillness, and to turn attention inward.  Of particular interest to yin yoga practitioners is the exploration and potential release of the connective tissues of the body. Winter Solstice Practice

In Studio and Live Online, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 6:30pm-8pm.In this Winter Solstice Practice, we go on a journey of slow, steady movement, giving space for our rhythm of Brahmana (expansion) and Langhana (deep settling). We explore and co-regulate our nervous systems through asana (shapes and postures), creative movement, transitions, sound and rest. There is also time to listen to meaningful solstice music and messages. This isn’t a complicated yoga practice, but a profound one! FIND OUT MORE
