Mindful Flow

Mondays, 8:30am-9:30am, Mindful Flow integrates breath and movement to create energy within the body, mind, and soul. Additional time will be dedicated to meditation, deep breathing, and gentle warm-up exercises to facilitate movement through vinyasa-style flows and opening. CLASS SCHEDULE

Yoga for Everybody : Minna No Yoga

NEW CLASS, 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays, 4pm-5:15 pm This class is conducted in Japanese; non-Japanese speakers are welcome. Gentle yoga class with breathing exercises, gentle opening, basic yoga poses, a cool-down, and concludes with meditation. CLASS SCHEDULE
