Yoga for Everybody : Minna No Yoga
NEW CLASS, 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays, 4pm-5:15 pm This class is conducted in Japanese; non-Japanese speakers are welcome. Gentle yoga class with breathing exercises, gentle opening, basic yoga poses, a cool-down, and concludes with meditation. CLASS SCHEDULE
Gentle Flow and Restore
NEW CLASS, Sundays, 10:30am-11:15am Come unwind from the week with a gentle practice. Journey through the body by pairing breath and movement at your own pace, followed by longer restorative postures supported by props.
