Mysore w/Dr. Lori Brandt

"Mysore style" is traditionally practiced silently, with individual instruction, and is named after Mysore, India, where Ashtanga Yoga’s lineage originates. Anyone is welcome to come to this class, but it is recommended that you attended at least one Mysore class prior to this weekend. Students will work at their own pace, according to their individual needs, while Lori walks around the room providing hands on adjustments and verbal instruction as needed.  Mysore style is a wonderful method to learn and practice yoga.  It enables you to create a dedicated, daily practice that will take you infinitely deeper into the peace and calm that a quiet mind and strong body can provide. Sunday morning’s practice, Mother’s Day, will include a special dedication of love, appreciation and honor for all mothers.
