Yoga for EveryBODY is a 75 minute class of gentle stretches, breathing exercises and flowing yoga sequences to open up the body and release some tension and stress. Yoga asana is often explored with music and movement. The instructor guides and encourages the students to listen to their body in order to inspire personal insights and agency.

Spring into La Primavera is a 2-hour celebration of the spring solstice. A gentle yoga practice with breathing and meditation. Class includes meaningful solstice music and messages. This isn’t a complicated practice, but a profound one.
